Alice Collins Kohler, 83, a resident of Sedona died October 26. She and her husband moved to Sedona in 1991 from Danielson, Connecticut. Alice was was born and educated in Foster, Rhode Island, where her family has lived since 1635. She was a quiet yet strong woman who lived and died with a great deal of dignity. Her survivors by her husband, John Kohler; a daughter, Dottie of Sedona; a granddaughter Stephanie Mello of Los Angeles, California; and a sister, Hazel Poole of Providence, Rhode Island. A celebration of Alice\u0027s full life will take place at The Church of the Red Rocks later in November. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in her name at St. Mary\u0027s of the Moonlight, Oljato, Utah. (A Native Episcopal Church).
