Alma V. DeMille, 83, a resident of Sedona died Sunday, March 14. She was born February 18, 1926 in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Michael H. and Sarah (Stanton) Srour. She was a graduate of Immaculate Heart School and attended University of California Los Angeles. She worked as an illustrator for Walt Disney and as a secretary and in tourism for Santa Catalina Island Company and was a business owner. Mrs. DeMille was an artist who enjoyed painting, was an equestrian, a hunter, and was an outdoor person. She was a vibrant person who loved life and was a friend to everyone. Her parents preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband of five years, Leslie DeMille of Sedona; sons, Robert Hippe (Linda) of Dewey and Michael Hippe (Cynthia) of Loveland, Colorado; four grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
