She was born January 2, 1936 in Guadalajara, Mexico, the daughter of Juan Gonzales Jimenez and Clara Romo Perez. She was a college graduate and worked as a teacher, secretary and a fashion designer. She leaves her husband of 44 years, Jose Guadalupe Ramirez; three sons, Jorge A. Ramirez Gonzalez (and wife Dolores), Luis Humberto Ramirez Gonzalez (and his wife Sandra) and Juan Pablo Ramirez Gonzalez (and wife Marcela); daughter Ana Leticia Ramirez Gonzalez (and husband Juan Ramon); brothers Juan Pablo, Jose Guadalupe and Cipriano Gonzalez Romo; sisters Guadalupe Gonzalez Romo, Olimpia Lara, Berta Muoz and Paula Ramirez; fifteen grandchildren.
