Annalee Meister

Annalee Meister, 87 of Cottonwood, passed away on July 24, 2014. She was born on November 22, 1926 in Dade County, MO to Ruel and Laura Sexton. Annalee attended Pleasant View schools from grades 1-10. She worked as a waitress, as a cashier at Safeway and a housekeeper at Pine Rock Campground in Prescott. Annalee belonged to the Verde Valley Church of the Nazarene. She was a hostess/greeter and prayer chain director. Annalee loved to read and talk to her friends on the phone. Annalee was preceded in death by her husband Gene Meister and parents Ruel and Laura Sexton. She is survived by daughter Deborah Grubb of Cottonwood; 2 granddaughters Rebecca Grubb of La Habra, CA and Amy Grubb Delgado (Ray) of Paramount, CA and 1 great-grandson Ayden Bradley Uhlemansiek of La Habra, CA. Services will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 10:00am at the Verde Valley Church of the Nazarene, 1710 S. HWY 260 in Cottonwood.
