Barbara Diane North

Barbara Diane North of Cottonwood, Arizona passed away peacefully June 12, 2024 surrounded by family. Born in Los Angeles, California November 5, 1939 to Robert and Elaine Jamison. Diane grew up and married in San Diego. She moved to Michigan in 1967 where she continued to raise her four children. In 1982 she moved to Arizona where she met her second husband, Bill North. Diane was a dedicated San Francisco 49er enthusiast although she enjoyed all sports. She enjoyed knitting, reading, and baking. She was a true John Wayne fan and enjoyed all western movies. She loved dogs and adopted many in her lifetime. She is survived by her children, Michael (Barbara), Lauri and Janet as well as 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Diane is preceded in death by her husband Bill North of 41 years, her son Ray Bianchi Jr., and brother, Robert (Bob) Jamison Jr.
