Barbara -Bobbi- Torrez

Barbara "Bobbi" Torrez, 84 of Cottonwood, passed away on March 20, 2014. She was born on June 7, 1929 in Williams, Arizona to Edward and Antonia Torrez. Bobbi attended Williams Elementary School. Bobbi was a loving homemaker of 62 years who loved to cook traditional Mexican food. Her greatest accomplishments were the treasured moments spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her past time was spent in the pages of word search puzzles. She loved watching her telanovelas with her loving husband. Bobbi was preceded in death by her son Edward Martin Torrez and mother Antonia Torrez. She is survived by her husband of 62 years Martin Torrez of Cottonwood; daughters Sylvia Trujillo (Tom Nelson) of Cornville and Priscilla Smith (Norman) of Camp Verde; 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. The Rosary will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 5:00pm at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood. Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 11:00am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 700 N. Bill Gray Road in Cottonwood.
