Betty L Mauldin

Betty passed away in her sleep on March 16, 2021, during the early morning hours. She is survived by her son, Randy, and his wife Debbie, whom she lived with the last year of her life. She got to be around little ones again this past year since the neighbors have 2 boys, ages 5 and 15 months. They came to see her every day and named her Granny, a name she even came to call herself. Her favorite color was green, so she is wearing a pretty green blouse and white pants as she ascends into Heaven. Even though she was 92, her passing was a shock to her son Randy and daughter in law, Debbie since she was not sick, and seemed to have several years left. As they walk past her room, they still expect to see her sitting at her table putting together her jigsaw puzzles or watching Walker, Texas Ranger on her TV. She also loved to hear, play, and sing gospel music. She had 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. She is also survived by 6 siblings and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Wes, and her daughter, Vickie. Graveside services to be held at Valley View Cemetery in Clarkdale, Arizona on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 11 AM.
