Beverly Ann (Munnik) Dana

Beverly Ann (Munnik) Dana, 69, resident of Cornville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 6, 2008 in Cottonwood. She was born October 19, 1938 to Abe and Florence Munnik in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin; where she grew up. It was also in Wisconsin Rapids that she met and fell in love with George Dana; they were married May 28, 1966. Beverly was the co-owner of Dana Machine and Supply, Company Inc. She was an active member of the Wisconsin Rapids Methodist Church. Beverly resided in Stevens Point until moving to Cornville in 2003; where she has been active with the Cornville Historical Society. She was also an active member of the Sedona United Methodist Church; where a Memorial Service will be held on Monday, October 13, 2008 at 11:00am. One hour prior to the service, there will time for gathering and visiting with the family. Beverly leaves behind her husband, George Dana of Cornville; her son, Jeffrey Dana with his wife, Rose of Sedona; her daughter, Vicki Dana - who will wed Colin Adney this Saturday, October 11, 2008; and her two grandchildren, Zachary and Dezra, who she loved spoiling and spending time with. Her mother, Florence Munnik of Carbondale, Colorado; and her sister, Judy Slattery with her husband, Bill of Glenwood Springs, Colorado also survive her. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent to either the Cornville Historical Society or to the Sedona United Methodist Church-Music Department.
