Blanche Mary Klbecka, 93, resident of Cottonwood, Arizona, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2006. Blanche was born on October 7, 1912 in Berwyn, Illinois to Frank and Antinia (Gregor) Trestik. Professionally, Blanche worked in the manufacturing company as part of the office staff, where she helped with secretarial duties, bookkeeping and filled many other capacities within that department. Blanche was an extraordinary individual. She had special smile that revealed her kind and loving heart, and her caring personality provided warmth to everyone she loved and to anyone she met. She enjoyed reading and cooking, and she loved to just visit. She was a very proud new member of the Verde Baptist Church, having been baptized as a member at the age of 92. Blanche is preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Pesek; her second husband, John Klbecka and her brother, James Trestik. She leaves behind her two beloved sons, Russell Pesek with his wife, Dianne, of Cottonwood, Arizona and Joseph Pesek with wife, Maria, of San Jose, California; her brother, Ted Weber with his wife, Winifred, of Woodridge, Illinois; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Gathering of Family and local friends was held on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 from 7:00-8:00pm at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave. in Cottonwood, Arizona. A Visitation will be held on Monday, May 22, 2006 at 10:00am in Stickney, Illinois at the Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 South Oak Park Ave, a Graveside Service will follow at 11:00am at the Mount Auburn Memorial Park.
