Carl Anton "Brod" Norling

Carl Anton "Brod" Norling, 76, resident of Cottonwood, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2007. He was born November 27, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan to Karl Anton Norling I and Victoria Gornick Norling. As a child, he attended the St. Catherine's Elementary. Brod enjoyed fishing, watching football, and visiting with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Vera Blaser Norling; his brother, John "Jack" Norling; and his sister, Marie McNeely. He leaves behind his daughter, Deborah Blake with her husband, Kenyon of Scottsdale; his sisters, Maureen Greatorex with her husband, Dick of Phoenix, and Mary Jean Porea with her husband, Del of Michigan; as well as, his grandson, Jesse Hayden Blake with his wife, Alexandra of Tucson.
