Carmen Y. Encisco, 90 years old, of Cottonwood, formerly of Flagstaff and Williams, died October 1, 2003 of natural causes. Born to Lino Ybarra and Maria Serrano Ybarra March 28, 1913 in Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico. She came to the United States in the mid 1920\u0027s. Residing in Williams, Arizona before moving to Flagstaff, Arizona. She was a housewife all of her life. She moved to Cottonwood in 1994. She is survived by her children Dolores Humlie McMinnville of Oregon, Justino \u0027\u0027Tino\u0027\u0027 Encisco and his wife Sanaida of Cottonwood, Rebecca Ruiz of Cottonwood, Emmanuel Encisco, Jr. and his wife Mary of Cottonwood and Alfred Encisco and his wife Maria of Flagstaff; a sister, Margaret Almquist and her husband Curtis; two brothers, Gonzalo Ybarra and his wife Carmen and Richard Ybarra and his wife Frances; seventeen grandchildren, thirtyone great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and her husband, Emmanuel Encisco, Sr. The Rosary will be recited Sunday, October 5 at Immaculate Conception Church, 700 N. Bill Grey Rd., Cottonwood at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 6 at the church at 10 AM. Westcott Funeral Home is directing these arrangements.
