Carolina Vega Villanueva

Carolina Vega Villanueva, 76, of Cottonwood died May 1. She was born December 11, 1933 in Seligman. Carolina was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, yard sales, dancing and family gatherings. She will be missed by all family and friends that loved her. Her husband Pedro Villanueva, Sr preceded her in death. She is survived by sons, Pedro Villanueva, Jr. of Pueblo, Colorado and Alfredo Vega Villanueva (Ana) of Cottonwood; brother Benito Vega (Bejae) of Kentucky; sisters Consuelo Romero of La Puente, California, Aurora Garduno of Flagstaff and Vickie Miglalene of Cottonwood; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 10 from 5-7 PM with the recitation of the Rosary at 6 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 11 in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 10:00 AM.
