Carrie E. Swearengin

Carrie Evelyn Swearengin, 95, of Cottonwood passed away June 11, 2012. She was born January 5, 1917 in Delaware, Ohio, the daughter of Jessie and Marie (Decker) Stultz. She was a homemaker and also had worked as a machine operator at a spring company. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles D. "Chuck" Swearengin, five sons, Gene, Richard, Chuckie, Jack and Jesse ("Buddy"); four brothers and one sister. Mrs. Swearengin is survived by four sisters, Ella, Jane, Irene and Beverly; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A committal service will be held on Friday, June 22 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren, Phoenix at 10:30 AM. An online guestbook is available at www.westcottfuneralhome.com
