Claire A. Forrest

Claire A. Forrest, age 90 of Cottonwood, died on Wednesday, September 26, 2024 at home. She was born in Providence, RI on May 16, 1934, to Henry J. Paquin & Blanche R. Paquin. She attended church at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cottonwood.

Claire most enjoyed hiking, walking in nature, crossword puzzles, and laughing. 

She followed her beloved husband Bob one day after his passing. The couple had just achieved their 68th wedding anniversary four days previous to her passing. No one who knew them was surprised that they left this earth so closely together.

Claire was preceded in death by one day, Robert E. Forrest, her beloved husband of 68 years. She is survived by son Dean Forrest of Cottonwood; daughters Tara Valentine of Cottonwood, Donna Forrest of Los Angeles, CA, Diana Forrest of Glendale, AZ, Sharon Forrest of Des Moines, IA and Barbara Forrest of Hollywood, FL; sister Cecile Johnson of Bedford, NH; 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

A joint memorial mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 700 N. Bill Grey Rd, Cottonwood, AZ 86326 on Thursday October 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
