Cruz Larry Esparza

Cruz Larry Esparza, 72 of Cottonwood, passed away on November 29, 2024. He was born on May 3, 1952 in San Bernadino, CA to Anthony and Margaret Esparza.

Larry attended Chaffey Highschool. He worked for and retired from Smiths and Frys Grocery Stores.

Larry enjoyed fishing, target shooting, model making, bike riding and was a gun and car enthusiast.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Margaret. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Elizabeth Esparza of Cottonwood; sons Cruz Larry Esparza Jr. (Candice) of Cottonwood, Matthew Esparza of Cottonwood and Anthony Thomas (Lily) of Beaumont, CA; daughter Kary Esparza-Baker (Brett) of Prescott Valley; brothers Junior Esparza (Angie) of Hesperia, CA and Herman Esparza of San Bernadino, CA; sisters Eileen Esparza of Ontario, CA and Irene Salazar of Rialto, CA; and 7 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Journey Church, 750 E. Mingus Ave in Cottonwood on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at 2:00pm.
