Debbie Renee Owsley, 44, of Camp Verde died December 18. She was born July 26, 1959 in Brawley, California. Debbie was a devoted wife, daughter, sister, aunt, step-mother and grandmother. Her family moved to Camp Verde in 1972 where Debbie attended and was actively involved in sports in the Camp Verde School system between 1972-1978. Debbie later married and became the owner of the Camp Verde and Rimrock Movie Shack. She loved life, family, fishing, her horses and dogs. Debbie shared her love and generosity throughout the Valley, donating to numerous charities, organizations and clubs as well as founding the Camp Verde Marshall\u0027s Annual Toy Ride benefitting needy children at Christmas. Debbie was a great aaset to this community that she loved so much. She is survived by her husband, Roscoe Owsley; her parents Jack and Maxine Sims; her sister and brother in law, Glenda and Lucky Cummings; her brother and sister in law, Ronnie and Janice Sims; sister Judy Rogers and Larry Nelson; and her youngest sister Terry Bieber; two step-daughters, Patricia Owsley and Jenny Lopez; nieces and nephews Jacqui Bieber, Kelly Bieber, Jason Rogers, Michael Rogers, Melissa Sims and Kevin Cummings as well as four grandchildren and seven greatnieces and greatnephews. A funeral service was held in the Multi-Use Complex on December 23. Burial was in the Clear Creek Cemetery. Westcott Funeral Home directed these arrangements.
