DeeAnna K. Wright, 45, resident of Winslow, Arizona, passed away on May 31, 2007 in Flagstaff. She was born September 13, 1961 to Richard D. Abernathy and Cay A. Henington in Ukiah, California, where she grew up and graduated from the local high school. Following high school, DeeAnna attended the Yuba City Community College. She was employed at Tungland Corporation, Suzy-Q Market in Cottonwood, Brewer Bros. Construction out of Sedona, and Neils-Fugal and Networx Cableing out of Flagstaff. Not only was DeeAnna accomplished in Business Management, but she was a musician, singer and song writer. Other enjoyments included writing, environmental Control, wildlife preservation, Native American Culture and History. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend. We will always remember her favorite quote, "I can, I will, I dare, I do"! She touched our lives and the lives of many others in a way that is unspeakable and inspirational. DeeAnna leaves her two best friends, Sonia Berry and Teresa Wallace. She leaves behind her sons, Jonathon Wright of Winslow, AZ and Richard Berry of Redding, CA; her daughter, Jessamine Mitchell of Winslow, AZ; her parents, Preston and Cay Henington of Cornville, AZ; her brother, Clifford Hatcher of Creswell, OR; her sister, Marie Minter of Cornville, AZ; and 5 adored grandchildren.
