Diane Davidson February 24, 1949 – March 25, 2025
Diane Davidson, 76, of Cottonwood, AZ, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2025, at Verde Valley Medical Center due to natural causes.
Born on February 24, 1949, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Calvin and Eliza Beth Davidson, Diane grew up in Montpelier, Idaho, where she attended school before pursuing her passion for nursing. She earned her RN degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and dedicated her life to caring for others.
Throughout her distinguished career, Diane worked with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, offering not just medical care, but compassion and comfort that touched countless lives. Her tender, thoughtful spirit and unwavering commitment to her patients were truly remarkable, always placing others' well-being above her own.
As a single mother, Diane’s devotion extended to her cherished daughters, Codie, Tiffany, and Melissa. She worked tirelessly to provide them with love, guidance, and support, raising them to become the extraordinary women they are today.
Diane was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving faithfully in various roles throughout her life. She also led the Verde Valley Chapter of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers as its Captain, embracing her heritage and community.
Diane’s memory will be treasured by her three daughters, Codie, Tiffany, and Melissa, her two brothers, and her eight adoring grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one on the way.
Her legacy of love, compassion, and selflessness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
A celebration of Diane’s life will take place on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at the
Cottonwood Stake Center, located at 1377 E. Hombre Dr., Cottonwood, AZ.
