Dolores Damore, 83 of Sedona, passed away on February 23, 2020 in Cottonwood. She was born on August 17, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan to Arthur and Angeline Claes.
Dolores was a volunteer for the Yavapai County Deputy Sheriff and a caregiver for hospice. She enjoyed hiking, ice skating, skiing, sewing, reading, dancing, working out, walking and traveling.
Dolores is survived by her husband Robert Manos of Sedona; sons John Damore of MI, David Damore and Terry Damore (Kathy) of MI; daughters Michele Damore (Bill Nutkins) of AZ and Susan Gutc (Tim) of MI; brother Kenneth Claes (Deanna) of MI; stepdaughters Pam Manos and Dawn Wood (Doug); 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A visitation to celebrate her life will take place at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 11:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. A luncheon/celebration will follow Saturday's visitation at Colt Grill, 804 N. Main Street in Cottonwood.
