Dominic B. Barnes, Sr.

Dominic B. Barnes, Sr., 56, of Cottonwood died November 20. He was born June 6, 1953 in New Haven, Connecticut, the son of Kenneth G. and Nancy (Suarato) Barnes. He was a graduate of Meridian, Connecticut schools and Wilcox Technical High School, Mr. Barnes was employed by Sacred Expeditions. He was a wealth of knowledge on Native American life and lore. He also managed and groomed horses and was a history buff. He leaves two sons, Dominic B. Barnes II and Michael Barnes of Wallingford, Connecticut; a daughter Theresa Rodriguez (Carlos) of Wallingford, Connecticut and good friend Deborah White McLaughlin of Cottonwood.
