Edith Evangeline Garver, 79, resident of Cottonwood, passed away at home, on Saturday, February 10, 2007. She was born in Portland, Oregon on June 25, 1927 to Jessie and Anna (McCall) Burton. Edith worked for Texaco Petroleum as a PBX Operator. She was a member of the Emmanuel Fellowship Church. Her hobbies included quilting, playing the piano and organ. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Floyd Garver; her daughter, Linda Clark of Cottonwood, and Glenda Weaver of Chandler; her brother Clifford Burton; 5 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
