Edward E. King, Jr.

Edward E. King, Jr. passed away on August 17, 2005 at his home in Clarkdale. Arizona. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He was born in Jerome, AZ in 1925. He was preceded in death by his first wife Shirley Joiner King, son Edward E. King III and his sister Margaret Seeglitz Andrews. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years Dorothy, his son Bradley (Catherine), his daughter Rebecca Andre (Jerry) and his brother-in-law David Andrews. His grandchildren Edward King IV, Leisa Meyer Bell (Ben), Jason Wentz (Marla), Joanna Bowman (Darell), Thomas King and Joseph King will miss him. As will his great grandchildren Bridget Meyer, Trevor Meyer, Symaryha Wentz, Carlie Bell, and Jameson Wentz. His niece Sherry Seegitz Costello (Mike), nephews Al Seeglitz (Jill), and Bill Seeglitz (Linda) and their extended families will also miss him. He was a decorated World War II veteran who was stationed and wounded in the Philippines. He graduated from the University of Arizona in the first Pharmacology class in 1950. He retired from Osco Drugs in 1986. Contributions to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. Private services will be held at a later date.
