Elda M. Hughes

Elda Melva Hughes, 94, of Cottonwood died December 29. She was born May 24, 1911 in Sidney, Montana. She was a teachers college graduate and was an elementary school teacher (second grade) in Wilsall and Bozeman, Montana. In Livingston, Montana, she was the secretary of the Chamber of Commerce. She was a bridge player and enjoyed crafts. Mrs. Hughes is survived by a nephew Richard Doran of Cottonwood and Daniel Doran of Pendleton, Oregon; a niece of Donna Olson of Tyler, Texas; and a sister of Virginia Muller of Tyler Texas.
