Enid C. Steffens

Enid C. Steffens, 86, of Phoenix died September 8 in Sedona. She was born August 14, 1923 in Trenton, New Jersey, the daughter of Alexander Carr, MD and Polly O. Carr. She attended Lance Cruise High School in Michigan and Phoenix Union High School. She studied at Phoenix Glendale Community College for two years. Mrs. Steffens worked as a Phoenix City Hall Phone Operator and and as a dressmaker and designer. Her hobbies included traveling and dress designing. She leaves sons Skip Steffens (Marion) of Michigan, Michael Steffens and John Steffens; a daughter Cathy Little (George) of Cornville; a brother Douglas Carr of Phoenix; a niece Dorinda Carr of Phoenix and a nephew Steven Carr of Seattle; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
