Frances P. Hastings

Frances Pearl Hastings, 87, of Cottonwood died December 17. She was born April 30, 1916 in Melbourne, Iowa. Mrs. Hasting served in the Air Force. She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, AARP and the Emmanuel Fellowship of Cottonwood. She and her husband have lived in Arizona since 1945. She leaves her husband, Charles Hastings and a daughter, Imogene Ruth Nelson of Washington; a brother, Hubert Deschamp of Iowa; a niece Lori Stuckmeyer of Waco, Texas. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 30 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 11 AM. Burial will follow in the Valley View Cemetery. VFW Post 7400 will provide military honors.
