Francis Raymond Regan, Jr. of Lake Montezuma, AZ passed away on July 3, 2008 after a brief battle with cancer. Born on October 22, 1957 in Scranton, PA, he was the son of Francis and Ann Regan of Tobyhanna, PA. He was the husband of the former Therese (Teri) Molinari. They had recently celebrated 21 years of marriage. Fran was a 1975 graduate of Pocono Central Catholic High School in Cresco, PA and was a 1979 graduate of Penn State University. He was currently employed by Coconino County, AZ as a zoning officer and he had previously been the Zoning Officer in Coolbaugh Township, PA. Fran had also worked at Camp Tegawitha in Tobyhanna. He had been a member of the Coolbaugh Township Volunteer Fire Co. for 20 years. Along with his wife Teri and his parents, he is survived by a son Michael Regan and a daughter Jessica Regan of Lake Montezuma, AZ. He is also survived by his sisters Kathleen Winowich and her husband Phil, Mary Lou Van Note and her husband Steve, Patricia Gaines and her husband Jim and 3 nieces and 2 nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother James John Regan. A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6 from 4-6 PM at the Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 7 at St. Frances Cabrini Church in Camp Verde at 10:30 AM.
