Francisco V. Cabrera, 74 of Cornville, passed away on October 2, 2013. He was born on December 3, 1938 in Jalisco, Guadalajara to Martiniano Cabrera and Juanita Vasquez. Francisco worked for the City of San Luis Parks and Recreation. Francisco built the family home and led souls to the Lord. He was the greatest husband, father and provider. He was a believer and doer of the word of God. Francisco was a co-pastor at Monte Sinai. He was a builder, a family man and a Godly man. He loved preaching the word of God. He was an outdoorsman and loved planting trees and flowers. He also loved music and singing. Songs sung by him and his wife are: Mas aya del sol, Cuan prodigo perdido, cien ovejas, Cuan Grand es el, El Gran dia del juicio, Christo maravillo se eres tei. Francisco was preceded in death by his wife Erma. He is survived by sons Manuel, Ronnie, Michael, Richard, Frank and Johnny; daughters Rebecca, Erma and Ester; brother Rafael; sisters Ofelia and Clementina; 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 9:30am with the service following at 10:30am at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood. Burial will take place at Valley View Cemetery.
