Fred Joe Bartling

Fred Joe Bartling, 63 of Rimrock, passed away on November 13, 2012. He was born on September 7, 1949 in Reno, Nevada to Robert Bartling and Maxine Gregory Martin. Fred served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal. Fred enjoyed camping, fishing and motorcycles. Fred will be deeply missed until we meet again. Fred is survived by his wife of 15 years, Virginia Bartling; son Robert Bartling (Jody) of Chino Valley; step-son David Foerstner of Los Angeles, CA; daughter Adrienne Bartling; step-daughter Leslie Foerstner (Larry) of Rimrock; sister Debi Bartling and 6 grandchildren. Interment will take place on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 11:00am at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.
