Fred Gore of Cornville, Arizona passed away on June 8, 2014. He is preceded in death by his mother Eva Mae Swanner and his father Lester Gore. Fred was born in Flagstaff, Arizona on March 16, 1935 and graduated from Flagstaff High school. He served in the Air Force from 1956-1959, during the Korean War. Surviving family members include his wife Carol, two daughters Rhonda Gonzalez (Roman, children Dylan and Jordan Engler, and Chanell) of Cottonwood and Yvonne Gibson, (Sons, Cody and Lane) Elkton Kentucky, step-daughter Jackie Taylor (Mark, children Coy, Chris, Jessie and Connie) Green River Wyoming, and step-son Jeff Baugh, Marianne(son, Tony) West Jordan, Utah. He had many grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Fred came from a pioneer family and his grandfather, father and many other family members worked at Happy Jack Logging Camp. He drove a truck and operated heavy equipment in all over the southwest including Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico and Arizona. He operated Abrigo Fire Protection and founder and creator of Abreeze Fire Protection in the Verde Valley.
