Frederick Fields

Frederick Fields, 56, of Clarkdale, Arizona, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021, in Chandler, Arizona. He was born on July 13, 1965, in San Carlos, Arizona to Fred Fields, Jr and Era Ward.

He was employed by Yavapai Apache Nation Sand and Rock. He formerly employed at Cliff Castle Casino as a Public Safety Officer. He enjoyed Fishing, hunting, road trips, attending sunrise ceremonies, and spending time with his grandkids.

Fredrick was preceded in death by his mother Era Ward and his father Fred Fields, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Mattie Fields of Clarkdale, Arizona; sons Frederick Fields, Jr. (Carla Lane) and Mitchell J. Fields (Betsy Charley) both of Clarkdale, AZ; daughter Matilda Cassadore (Edward) of Camp Verde; God-daughter Valerie Lowery of Camp Verde; brother Stephen Noline (Tammy) of Scottsdale, Arizona; sisters Doris Noline and Shirley Fields both of San Carlos, Arizona; and 10 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Avenue, Cottonwood, Arizona, on Friday, September 17, 2021, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 9:00 am also at Westcott Funeral Home.
