Gladys Mae Schell

Gladys Mae Schell, entered into Eternal Rest on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at Ana\u0027s Best Care Home in Surprise, Arizona at the age of 99. She was born March 13, 1909 in Utica, New York; the daughter of Clayton and May (Halliday) Durity. Besides residing in Utica, she also lived in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; Hemet, California; Payson, Arizona; and Cottonwood, Arizona; and then in 2007 Gladys moved to Surprise, Arizona; where she made her final home. She retired as an Executive Secretary from the state of California Civil Service. Gladys was the mother of Kenneth Clayton Ellison with his wife, Helen of Surprise, Arizona; the grandmother to Debra, Karen, and Sandra; as well as the great-grandmother of 9, and the great-great-grandmother of 3.
