Heidi H. Birdsey

Heidi H. Birdsey, 76 of Camp Verde, passed away at her home on Sunday, February 12, 2012. She was born on January 14, 1936 in Los Angeles, California to James Haggart and Estelle Jenkins. Heidi mothered foster children. She was a choir director for 25 years, Sunday school teacher for 25 years, church secretary for 25 years and a minister\u0027s wife for 52 years. She was also WSCS President and UMW President. Heidi is survived by her loving husband, William. She is also survived by son Larry Birdsey of San Lorenzo, CA and daughters Laurie Whipps of Phoenix, AZ and Lee Hamby of Henderson, NV. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 1:00pm at Mt. View United Methodist Church in Cottonwood.
