Henry R. Krupkoski, 14-year resident of Sedona, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2007 at the age of 72. He was born September 21, 1934 in Shimokin, Pennsylvania to Stanley and Mary Krupkoski. Henry obtained his Bachelor's Degree from California State in Long Beach. He also served as a Sergeant in the United States National Guard. He was employed with the Port of Los Angeles as an accountant. Henry enjoyed camping, and traveling the western United States; he particularly enjoyed going on cruises and visiting Hawaii. Henry was an avid reader, and was a source of knowledge to many people, especially to his children. Henry was very family-oriented; he made his family his life. He loved his wife, he cherished his children, and he adored his grandchildren. He fully lived his roles as husband, father and grandfather. Henry will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 50 years, Ruth Krupkoski of Sedona; three daughters, Susan "Sue" Lyles with her husband, Mark of Torrance, California, Cynthia "Cindy" Cueto with her husband, Mark of Thousand Oaks, California, and Mary Castro with her husband, Antonio "Tony" of Garden Grove, California; and two grandchildren, Jake Cueto, and Alexa Castro. A Visitation was held at Westcott Funeral Home on Thursday, September 20, 2007 from 5:00-7:00pm; with Graveside Services at All Souls Cemetery at 11:00am, on Friday, September 21, 2007 (Which would have been his 73rd Birthday)!
