Henry L. Lasley, 84, of Clarkdale died December 20, 2011. He was born February 22, 1927 in Olive Branch, Illinois, the son of William Henry Lasley and Louisa (Wickham) Lasley. He attended Mounds, Illinois schools. Mr. Lasley service his country in the Army during Wolrd War II earning a Purple Heart. Mr. Lasley owned and operated L \u0026 H Electric in Cottonwood for 20 years. His grandsons, Corey Phillips and Brent Phillips were the light of his life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, traveling and horses. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who prized his family above all. He loved to laugh and be happy and loved meeting people. A resident of Cottowood 40 years, he had beein Arizona 50 years. His first wife Sharon preceded him in death in 1992. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Yvonne; son Michael Lasley (wife Beverly) of Phoenix; daughter Malia Patton of Cornville; stepsons John Gross (wife Naomi) of Chino Valley and Terry Gross (wife Jan) of Cottonwood; brothers John Lasley (wife Joann) of Moline, Illinois; sister Emma Tucker (husband Mel) of Quicy, Illinois; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
