Imogene F. VanZandt

Imogene F. VanZandt, 97 of Camp Verde, passed away on February 21, 2011. She was born on July 29, 1913 in Bangs, Texas to Robert Lee Flores and Flaunie Edith Kilmer. She attended Mercury Elementary and Zepher High school and worked for Pinkerton Security Agency in Reedsport, Oregon. She belonged to the Verde Valley Church of Christ. Imogene was preceded in death by her parents, brother Donald M. Flores and sister Marjorie Johnson. She is survived by her son James Daniel VanZandt; daughters Norma L. Smith of Camp Verde and Colysta R. Wallers (John Richard) of Mesa; seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. There are no services planned.
