Ione L. Lee

Ione L. Lee, 93 of Cottonwood, died peacefully in the presence of her family on Saturday, April 20, 2013. She was born September 24, 1919 to William and Bessie Page in Kansas City, Kansas. Ione was very active at Cottonwood Ranch; a regular at bridge, water aerobics, Angel\u0027s Network and solitaire. She loved watching the Diamondbacks baseball with her cat, Chester. Ione\u0027s true love was her family. Her life was completed two years ago with the birth of her granddaughter Kaitlyn. She is survived by her son John (Emily) and daughter Suzanne. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at SPIRIT OF JOY LUTHERAN CHURCH at 10:00am. Donations in her memory may be made to the Verde Valley Humane Society, P.O.
