Isaac Roscoe "Jack" Whisenand Jr, passed away October 17, 2012 at the age of 87. He was born in New Sharon, Iowa October 15, 1925 to Isaac and Daisy Whisenand. He resided in Prescott, Arizona for the past 39 years. Jack is survived by 3 children, Debby Mollenkopf (Bruce), Isaac Whisenand (Laurie), and John Whisenand (Holly); 2 step children, Tony Reed (Maria) and Kerry Ganyo; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Gerald Whisenand (Sylvia), Paul Whisenand (Merlene), Bill Whisenand; 3 sisters, Lois Ogan, Phyllis Phillips and Linda Hotchkin (Jim). Jack joined the Navy in January, 1944. He served honorably in World War II and was discharged in October 1949. He spent the rest of his working years as a barber in Illinois, New Mexico and Arizona. He was an active member of the Freemasons and Smoki Indian Tribe. He was a lifetime member of the Veteran\u0027s of Foreign War. Funeral Services and burial will be held in Iowa.
