James E. Pinneo, 91 of Pinetop, Arizona, passed away on February 27, 2014 in Camp Verde. He was born on December 11, 1922 in Ottumwa, Iowa to Harry and Lucretia Pinneo. James attended Iowa State and Iowa University. He served his country in the Marine Corp during World War II. James worked for the Southwest Forest Industry. He was part of the White Mountain Sheriff\u0027s Posse and a Rotary member. James belonged to the Episcopal Church. He enjoyed wood working, music, horseback riding, fishing, camping and gardening. James was preceded in death by his wife Franceine Shaw Pinneo and brother Harry Pinneo. He is survived by daughter Nikki Miller (Walter) of Camp Verde and 3 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11:00am at the home of Nikki and Walt Miller. Donations may be made to the White Mountain Humane Society, 3212 N.
