John Michael "Mike" Graham, 67, of Goodyear passed away July 27. He was born May 4, 1944 in Hollywood, California. He and Glenda had been together since they were 14 years old As a younger man he and Glenda were in the 20/30 Club. It was for young adults in their 20\u0027s and 30\u0027s and they did community service. He and Glenda lived in Cottonwood for 25 years and he worked for Oak Creek Ranch School, Cliff Castle Casino and was a business owner.He said Glenda was the only person he needed in his life. He loved singing in his youth. He was an avid poker player and most of his friends came from poker. He particularly enjoyed taking his children on vacations. He also had great memories of taking his granddaughter Victoria on vacations. One disappointment is he did not get the chance to do the same with Colin. However, he did teach Colin how to fish and took him on short day excursions. He went by the name Mike. Grandchildren called him Pa. Colin said he missed Pa so much and he will be very sad when he\u0027s not around. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Moore Graham; mother Dorthea Florence Graham; his father and mother-in-law Clarence Edward Mills and Olive Cornelia Mills, who were very important in his life; son James Michael Graham; and his favorite animals Johnathan the cat and Cinnamon the dog. Had three children Bonnie, James (deceased at 4 years old in 1981) and Benjamin. Two grandchildren Victoria age 13 and Colin age 7. They are the children of Bonnie and Patrick Hooker. A visitation will be held Saturday, August 6 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 9 AM folllowed by the funeral at 10 AM. Burial will follow the funeral in Cottonwood Cemetery.
