John Sidney Loewenstein

John Sidney Loewenstein, 62, resident of Cottonwood, born in Chicago Illinois on Oct. 18, 1944, passed away on Saturday, March 10 2007. John was a man who was in love with love. His love for others was a driving force in his life and their love for him was the sustenance that made his life rich, meaningful and eternally hopeful. A photographer of great skill and insight, he created images that seek out and reveal the inner beauty of the people and the land that he loved. His quest for Truth was an inspiration to all who knew him. John will be greatly missed - his kind does not come our way often. He is survived by his sister Debbie, and his brothers, Michael, Peter and Kyrill. A Funeral Service will be held at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood, on Friday, March 16, 2007 at 2:00 P.M.
