John Egolf Natcher, Jr., 79, of Cottonwood died January 1. He was born June 14, 1929 in Yuma, the son of John E. and Guadalupe Natcher. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. After his retirement, he was active in the Elks Lodge #2450, where he served as Exalted Ruler. He was also a member of American Legion and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He leaves his wife of 27 years, Carolyn Natcher; a son, John Scott Natcher; a daughter Sandra Ann Natcher; sisters, Emmaline Natcher of Pasadena, California, Myrtle Marquez of Cottonwood, Mary Schoonmaker of Moreno Valley, California, four stepchildren and many nieces and nephews. A memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, January 14 in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. He will be inurned at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California.
