John Lee Ryan age 56, and a resident of Cottonwood, passed away July 1, 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born May 17, 1960 in Cottonwood to Mick and Francy Ryan. John attended Mingus Union High School and later went on to ASU and received a BS and BA. John lived life doing what he loved: hugging, laughing, music, shooting clays, drinking beer, ranching, quading and fishing. We will always miss his laughs, his stories, and of course his bear hugs. We love you, John, to the moon and beyond. We lost him way too soon, due to complications from a blood clot. John was preceded in death by his mother Francy Ryan. He is survived by his Father Mick Ryan; his wife Brenda; step-daughter Hannah Hall; sisters Valerie (Dennis) Hollander (Cory) (Katie) Phillips, (Ty) (Melissa) Phillips, Dee Dee (Travis) Stodghill, (Chelsie) (Bryce) Stodghill and Nikkie (CJ) Pruitt (Chase Pruitt). A Celebration of Life will take place at the Mongini Family Dairy Barn, HWY 89A \u0026 UVX road in Bridgeport on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
