Karl Case, 84, of Cottownood, Arizona passed away on June 6th. He was born in Batavia, New York on August 23, 1918. During World War II, Mr. Case served as a Technical Sergeant with the 1530th Army Air Force Base Unit. Until his retirement, he worked as a jeweler. He is survived by four daughters: Yvonne Alexander of Santa Rosa, California; Cynthia Case of Sebastopol, California; Karen Maleta of Long Beach, California; Susie Serrano of Lawndale, California; a son: Edward Heinrick of New York City, New York; six grandchildren and two great grand children with a third great grandchild due in August. He was preceded in death by his wife Sally. Although he lived in Goldwater country for the last twenty years, Karl remained a staunch Democrat who \u0027\u0027Never voted for a Republican in his life\u0027\u0027. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, June 10th at Cottonwood Village. Mr. Case will be inurned at St. Andrew\u0027s Episcopal Church in Sedona.
