Larry A. Comp, "King Rat", 57, of Rimrock, died Oct. 20, 2011, in Rimrock. He was born Dec. 28, 1953 in Mechanicsburg, PA. , the son of Roy and Grethel Comp. His occupation was driving trucks for many years. He was a collector of nostalgic vehicles, and loved restoring them. He also had a great love for motorcycles, cats and of course his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Chris Comp; his sister, Pauline Jenkins of Mesa; 2 nieces, Ruth Jenkins of Cottonwood and Tammy Jenkins of Mesa: 2 nephews, Roy Jenkins and Doug Jenkins both of Mesa; and many cousins. A memorial service will be Saturday, Dec. 10 in the Westcott Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. An online guestbook is available at www.westcottfuneralhome.com Those who want to ride in a memorial parade can meet for an "early bird" breakfast at Nate\u0027s Cowboy Cafe, 206 S. Main St., Cottonwood from 7:30-9:00. A prayer at 8:45, then kickstands up for the ride to the funeral home at 1013 E. Mingus Ave., Cottonwood. The service will be from 10-11 AM. After the service, his life will be celebrated at the Old Coral Bar, 11375 E. Cornville Rd., Cornville (right down from Casey\u0027s Corner).
