Laura J. Minter

Laura J. Minter, 79, of Cottonwood died August 13. She was born July 3, 1931 in Monterey, Tennessee, the daughter of Herman F. and Leila McCrary. She was a graduate of the Prescott School District. Mrs. Minter was a member of the Nazarene Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who took great interest in her immediate and extended family. Her husband Ralph H. Minter preceded her in death in 1990. She leaves sons, Lozier "Butch" Phillips (Debbie) of Prescott Valley, Herman "Chuck" Inman (Patti) of Downington, Pennsylvania, Roy Minter of Bagdad and Clifford Minter of Cottonwood; sister Stella Inscho of Prescott Valley; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Thursday August 19 in the Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott at 10 AM.
