LaVonne â"Bonnieâ Ilene Treloar

LaVonne "Bonnie" Ilene Treloar passed away peacefully on March 30, 2013 with her family at her side at the age of 93. She was born in Clarion, Iowa on July 13, 1919 to LeRoy and Lena Lurretta Hill. Bonnie married Paul Treloar on November 25, 1937 and spent her early married life farming in the Sumner, Iowa area. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul on March 14, 1999. Their marriage lasted over 61 years! Bonnie moved to Arizona in 1968 and worked in retail management at several stores during her time in Casa Grande, AZ before retiring with her husband, Paul, to the Verde Valley area. Bonnie was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who spent her free time volunteering at Verde Valley Medical Center for many years and was also involved in other church, community, and social organizations. She greatly enjoyed traveling, motorcycle riding, reading, gardening, and caring for her most "favorite" hummingbirds. Bonnie was loved and respected by her family and friends for her strength, kindness, sense of humor and independent, feisty spirit Bonnie is survived by her son, Michael L Treloar (Ruby) and daughters, Nancy L Murdock and Sharon J Healy. She was the Grandmother to Cindy L Spragg, Terry S Murdock, Donna K Klein (Rick), Thomas P Murdock (Dawn), Virginia Marie Smith, Bethany N Page (Marshall), Brandon J Bentley (Erin), and Stacey N Healy-Matson (Seth). Great Grandmother to Aubrey B Page, Lauren L Bentley, Ashley Smith, Stephanie Smith, and Gregory Smith and 3 great-great grandchildren. She will be forever missed and greatly loved.
