Lorri A Gunn

Lorri Gunn died peacefully in her sleep on Dec. 15, 2024. She was an unforgettable presence who touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed. Her wonder, curiosity and joy remained that of a 3-year-old for most of her life due to developmental challenges beginning at birth.

Lorri loved music, dancing, ice cream, going to “school” and her family. One of her favorite “dates” was sharing breakfast with her brother at Randall’s. Lorri participated in Special Education classes/programs in Paso Robles and Atascadero, California. She was enrolled in the Helping Hands DTA Program in Cottonwood. Her teachers and mentors were precious to her and she never forgot them.

The family appreciates the love and devotion given by those involved in her care.

Lorri is preceded in death by her father and mother, Kenneth and Bea Gunn, as well as her younger brother, David. She is survived by her sisters, Terri Knight (Tom) and Sheila Erb (Darron), and her brother Mike Gunn. In addition, Lorri adored her three nieces and three nephews.
