Margaret La Alla McCoy

July 4, 1914 — January 21, 2010

Margaret La Alla McCoy was born Margaret La Alla Fredricy on July 4, 1914 in Johnstown, PA. to Charles E. Fredricy and Lizzie (Bloom) Fredricy. Margie was one of 9 children all preceded her in death. Edward, Bill, Francis, Ken, Althea, David & Helen. Helen the youngest was a twin. Her twin died at birth. Margie lived a very fun & exiting life, traveled to many countries and always enjoyed ball room dancing and social events. She was most often the life of the party and was with great affection known as our crazy red headed & wonderful Aunt Lee by all her nieces and nephews. Even at 95 years old she still had a great sense of humor. Margie loved costume jewelry and had amassed a great deal of it. She also loved animals, especially dogs and cats and this was evident by all her paintings, photos decorating her walls. Margie will be greatly missed by all who knew her. We have great expectation of seeing her with her Savior Jesus Christ in heaven. There will be a Memorial Service Open to All Family & Friends March 9, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Verde Valley Manor Godard Hall in Cottonwood. All are welcome As per Margie's request. No flowers or cards. Any Memorials can be made to Make a Wish Foundation and or The Verde Valley Humane Society, P O Box 1429, Cottonwood, AZ 86326.
