Martin Fovard Terry, 86, Sedona, AZ passed away peacefully Monday 1/16 with loving friends by his side. He was preceded by parents Lillian and Walter H. Sr.; brothers Jesse, Dave and Frank; sister Janet and step-brother Walter H. Jr. He is survived by a host of friends and admirers including Raider and Spudley Sally. Born in Bustleton, PA. Martin moved to Arizona in the mid 80\u0027s and designed and built his home with his own hands on a beautiful hill in Sedona. Martin was a gentle man, faithful and kind. He was a charter member and served with distinction on the board of Canyon Trails Cowboy Church, Board of Philadelphia Biblical University as well as Board of Ocean City Baptist Church, Ocean City, Maryland. Martin was happiest when serving others through his volunteer work and acts of kindness of which he was most humble. Martin was a tower of faith and strength to all who knew him. Our lives are richer and blessed for having known him. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012, 3 PM at Canyon Trails Cowboy Church, 3132 White Bear Road, Sedona AZ (89A to Dry Creek Road, north to White Bear Road). Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made for a memorial to be established in Martin\u0027s name.
