Marvin S, McComas

Marvin S. McComas, 90, resident of Cottonwood, Arizona passed away at home Sunday, March 18, 2007. He was born on December 4, 1916 in St. Paul, Arkansas to Johns S. and Paralee (Ogden) McComas. Marvin was a retired fireman for the city of San Diego, California. He played guitar and sang with the AOTFA (Arizona Old Timer Fiddlers Association). He is preceded in death by his first wife, Ruby Taylor. Marvin leaves behind his second wife, Tillie of Cottonwood, Arizona; his son, Marvin L. "Hap" McComas with his wife, Judy of San Diego, California; his daughter, Dawn Weathers of the Village of Oak Creek-Sedona, Arizona; 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
